The ankle shaft expands but once you pop your heel into the heel pocket your ankle is nice and snug, so no matter if you have thick ankles or skinny ankles this boot will not only accommodate for that but it also locks your ankle into place for a custom tailored feel.

The only real downside I have with these boots are the laces are kinda junk they wear really fast and break easily.

-The tread is very deep on these, deeper than any other shoe I’ve seen. I am sure it helps with traction on loose dirt or snow.
-I very much enjoy the black smooth leather. Most boots now days seem to be moving toward the suede desert or olive. This is a personal preference, but I am glad that Glopro offers smooth black.
They have protected my feet from heavy rain

I’ve had these boots more than a year now, they are still solid, soles still in good condition. I wear them a few times a week for work
