After remolding, there were edges on the black plastic that hurt. A gentle scrub with a fresh dry green pad removed the edges and smoothed the material. After the learning curve, and using the above work-arounds, it is better at passing the surrounding noise and sounds. I am happy with it.

Using the in ear, I rarely go to halfway volume. Overall It is a nice kit and works great

It is very comfortable to wear for my 12 hour shifts and it doesn’t irate me at all. I recommend this product if your looking for an ear piece, very affordable and great quality.
