We purchased these radios for our camping trips and hikes. When camping, we often don’t have reception and communication is therfore limited. The price of these radios seems reasonable, and the reception is crazy clear. My wife walked about a third of a mile away in our neighborhood, and it sounded as clear as a cell phone. Can’t wait to use these in the woods. These will also come in handy when backing up our trailer. We are happy with our purchase.
