Bought as a gift for my son. He loves using it. It was missing a bolt and screw. Also hose is a bit too short. Heavy duty though which is what he wanted.

This is a much lighter weight unit which does make it easier to move during winter. I am going to need to get another holder to place it on inside the garage for winter so it doesn’t get broken. So far I like it, it pulls out and retracts easily.
One tip: When I let this retract I always hold my hand over the hose as it goes back into the housing, to keep dirt from getting in there and gumming it up. With the right care, I thin this will last a long time.

Well, so far I’m very pleased! Just bought it (july 2023). It looks great (we have a vintage garage theme going in there and it gives that feel!), feels very heavy duty, I was able to mount it where I wanted it (off the floor and out of the way!)

Seems nice n sturdy when using, nice to be able to turn direction when walking with your hose. Had it bout 2 yrs now and still has nice paint as it should. Just give the lock pin a shot of wd once a yr.
