The first mask I put on would not stay on. The elastic straps were too short for my face. I thought maybe they could stretch given enough time but what’s the use when they keep pulling off my ears? Any attempt to get them to stay stretched was met by broken elastic.
04/18/2024 update. The company reached out to me without any prompt other than they must have read my review. After a few messages sent back and forth they said they’d ship me more. I thought, yeah, sure. This morning I received two bags of masks and it seems they will stay on my face. I’m impressed with their dedication to customer service and have upgraded my first rating of 1 to a 4. When the time comes I will order from them again.
