Today, I came home to find a package on my front porch I wasn’t expecting.

They went above and beyond in troubleshooting my issue and asked for me to send the radios back on their FedEx account so they can send them back to the manufacturing plant for diagnosis. You really can’t ask much better than that level of customer support! Thanks again for being Awesome

We got these to communicate while backing our trailer. Works great much safer.

. I also plan on using them while 4 wheeling in the forest. The menu options and setup can be a bit challenging a first, but it becomes easy to navigate and setup after a few minutes of reviewing the manual and navigating the menu system. I would definitely recommend these radios.

Tested it in a dense neighborhood with lots of trees. Left one in house and drove 2.7 miles and kept clear conversation. The product is solid but I just wish you can include better charging solution. Just charge a couple of dollars more for the charging cradle or adapter.
