The main plumbing manifold drops directly in the dead center of the chassis underneath. It makes hooking up the heat tape and insulation wrap a cramped crawling job.

The exterior wall insulation blocks out the highway noise perfectly. The factory-provided pre-built steps are tiny, so plan on building a real wooden landing.

They gave the primary suite a ton of attention. Even with the single-wide constraints, I don’t feel like my elbows are hitting the walls when I’m brushing my teeth
