Perfect size for us
“We downsized from a 2,400 sq ft home to this 1,717 sq ft layout and honestly don’t miss the extra space. The layout is so smart. No wasted space.

We moved into this floor plan last year and it’s been fantastic. Honestly, 1,717 sq. ft. doesn’t sound huge for a 4-bedroom, but there is absolutely zero wasted space. The open living and kitchen area makes it feel way bigger than it is. This is a lifesaver with noisy kids, though the delivery was a little late but it was worth it.

Great house, minor cosmetic issues
“Love the layout. We did have to call the builder back out to fix a piece of loose baseboard molding in the hallway and a little scratched cabinet door, but they fixed it quickly”
Esha Croston –
The AC system handles the summer heat perfectly. Airflow to the back bedrooms is a little weaker than the living room, but keeping doors open fixes it
Judith Busch –
We’ve been in this model for about six months now. The split floor plan is perfect, having the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the kids’ rooms is a lifesaver. It feels a lot bigger than 1,717 square feet because there’s almost no wasted hallway space. The kitchen island is huge!
Anita Brewer –
Lots of closets throughout. The only thing missing is a dedicated linen closet near the second bathroom, but the bedroom closets are big enough to hold extra towels.

Finding a 4-bedroom under 1,800 square feet that doesn’t feel like a bunch of boxes is hard. This floor plan nailed it. The kids love their rooms.
